The Akron Art Museum, along with presenting sponsor Lexus, is pleased to present Wine X III, a three day wine weekend to celebrate the 13th annual Wine Auction. Wine X III is comprised of three different wine experiences wrapped into one outstanding weekend: a lively wine tasting on Friday night, the signature Akron Wine Auction on Saturday evening and an elegant champagne brunch on Sunday morning.
WINE I: Wine Tasting - Friday, June 13
A casual and lively wine tasting event at the Akron Art Museum featuring wines by the guest winemaker along with other selections. There will be music and light food will be served.
WINE II: Akron Wine Auction - Saturday, June 14
The wine auction will remain in its traditional format–an elegant black tie event and auction. While it is book ended by the other two events on Friday and Sunday, it is the main, "signature" event of the weekend.
WINE III: Champagne Brunch - Sunday, June 15
This upscale event features sparkling wines by Schramsberg Vineyards, along with an elegant champagne brunch.
Guests may attend one, two or all three events, and weekend ticket packages are available.
