- Contributor $100 - Members at this level enjoy full general benefits and a reciprocal membership to 14 museums in Ohio (listed below) and over 140 nationwide
- Sponsor $300 - Members at this level enjoy all general and reciprocal benefits plus four one-time use guest admission passes
- Sustainer $500 - Members at this level enjoy all general and reciprocal benefits plus four one-time use guest admission passes

The Director's Circle is a group of premier patrons who contribute between $1,000 and $10,000 annually to the museum. Director's Circle members are invited to exclusive events, including dinners with artists, private tours and international arts-related travel with the Director.
